The Businesss Consultant will be responsible for managing their territory, at a level that is very much entrepreneurial. Superior communication/interpersonal skills, passion, ability to influence buying decisions, creative problem-solving, handling objections, organizational skills and self-discipline are essential. Understanding of the sales process and strong relationship building skills.
Travel is an integral part of day to day activities. Business Consultants are required to visit their salons on a regular basis (2-3 week cycle). You will be required to attend monthly sales meetings (Mississauga), educational seminars, occasional weekend events and an annual trade show in Toronto.
Home office experience, SalesLogix and/or CRM software are assets.
Compensation will be determined at time of employment. Base/commission and annual base structure will be customized according to each territory. It is common for our manufacturers to have bonus incentive programs for sales consultants (i.e. cash, prizes, vacations).
